-FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON? AND IF NOT, HOW MANY LOSSES WILL IT TAKE BEFORE HE'S STANDING IN LINE AT THE SOUP KITCHEN?? MEANWHILE, THE PACKERS ARE TAKING A WELL DESERVED REST BEFORE MAKING JUST THAT THING HAPPEN....

THE MINNESOTA VIKINGS HAVE FOUND THEMSELVES
SQUARELY IN THE MIDDLE OF A STORM
ONE CREATED BY THE PLAYERS AND PRESS AND EVEN THE COACH
A STATE WHICH HAS NOW BECOME THE NORM

COACH CHILLY SOMEHOW KEEPS THINGS STIRRED UP
SO MUCH SO THAT HIS JOB IS ON THE LINE
WHAT IN THE HECK DOES HE THINK HE'S DOING?
AS HE WATCHES HIS TEAM BEGIN TO UNWIND

THEN SOMEONE HAD THE BRIGHT IDEA
OF RETURNING RANDY MOSS TO THE VIKINGS
BUT THAT GAMBLE DIDN'T REALLY PAY OFF
TO ANYBODY'S HAPPINESS OR LIKING

EVEN AFTER LAST WEEK'S WIN WHICH WAS
THE BIGGEST COMEBACK IN VIKINGS HISTORY
THE LOCKER ROOM IS FILLED WITH RUMBLINGS
SHOWING THAT THIS TEAM IS AS UNHAPPY AS CAN BE

LAST WEEK BRETT FAVRE LED "HIS” TEAM BACK
FROM A DEFICIT OF FOURTEEN POINTS
IT TOOK PLAYING WITH ALL STOPS PULLED
TO MAKE THEM QUIT STINKING UP THE JOINT

DESPITE THE FACT THAT THE VIKINGS HAVE HIGH HOPES
AND ARE HOLDING ONTO POSTSEASON PLANS
A SUNDAY LOSS TO THE CHICAGO BEARS
WILL CHANGE THEM TO ALSO-RANS

IN DAYS PAST THE DALLAS COWBOYS
WERE ONE OF THE GREEN BAY PACKERS MOST DISLIKED FOES
AS FOR SEVERAL YEARS THEY MET IN THE PLAYOFFS
WITHOUT MUCH DOUBT AS TO HOW THOSE GAMES WOULD GO

DESPITE THE RECORD THE PACKERS WOULD BRING
IT REALLY NEVER SEEMED TO MATTER
AS THE COWBOYS WOULD PUSH THEM AROUND
WHILE FILLING THEIR EARS WITH “COWBOY CHATTER”W

BUT LAST WEEK SOMETHING WONDERFUL HAPPENED
AS THE PACKERS FACED OFF AGAINST THE "POKES"
GREEN BAY LOOKED LIKE A SQUAD OF SUPERMEN
WHILE THE COWBOYS SERIOUSLY LOOKED LIKE JOKES

AARON RODGERS AGAIN LOOKED TERRIFIC
TOSSING BALLS TO JENNINGS AND JONES
WHILE CLAY MATTHEWS AND HIS ASSOCIATES
DELIVERED HITS THAT RATTLED THE COWBOYS' BONES

THE COWBOYS' OFFENSE LOOKED PRETTY BAD
BUT NOT AS BAD AS THE DEFENSE DID
AT TIMES THEY SURELY DIDN'T LOOK LIKE PROS
BUT RATHER A GROUP OF POP WARNER’S KIDS

THIS WEEK THE PACKERS GET TO HEAD HOME
AS THEY ARE GETTING A WEEK MUCH-NEEDED REST
AND A CHANCE TO PREPARE TO TAKE ON THE VIKINGS
WHO THIS YEAR HAVE FILLED THE ROLE OF PESTS

He's done. He might get a job a coordinator, but not a head coach.

Look at Charlie Weis and Romeo Crenel. Both men are much better coordinators than head coaches.

Who cares. Chilly is crap and the Vikings have no focus this year. Loaded with talent but it doesn't matter if there's no focus and all drama.

It's been fun watching him dismantle this team by himself this season. Hope it continues.

Favre now leads the league with INTs with 16 now. Keep them coming, next week I'd like to see 2-3 of them and a pick 6.

The case for childress- the vikes are much better now than when they started. Look at the roster top to bottom, it was in shambles before he took over. Then the win totals have increased every season except this one. 4 years in a row, thats tough to do. Lastly he hires well. His coordinators are good to great at what they do. His biggest mistake I think he has made was selling out to favre. The whole moss thing doesnt bother me since one of the things that sets me off is people treating people in the service industry like crap.

his extension is the thing that will save him if anything does. The smart thing to do would be to start Tjack but I dont know if thats a possibility

No matter what happens, I think he is gone at the end of the year. The Vikes will have a hard time making the playoffs and any division hopes went out the window with the loss to the Bears. I think he has lost the team and Wilf knows it.
