Point was as a HC or really any FO personnel you naturally look to are they regressing or progressing. In his game he was progressing into a Top 8 OC by points. Last year was certainly a regression but it could just be an anomoly with injuries if that makes sense? Now if Sten goes ranked #21 and few injuries? Then it’s time to go. (Just an example). If he’s Top 9 scoring or better we’d be premature to let him leave. Might turn into Jared Goff 2.0 leaving from LA.
