The seventh day of free agency finds the Browns as deal-makers. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Cleveland has reached a three-year agreement with Packers cornerback Tramon Williams. Good luck to him in Cleveland and good luck to Cleveland getting $7 million per in production from him. He was good a couple years ago but has been a liability the last two years, IMHO. That said, replacing him and House won't be easy.
