At least an argument at Top 11-12 etc.  I’d put Evan Williams in the Top 25-30 of 100 Safties playing today.So if 40th%—60th% = C grade? He’s well into that B range. An A grade on a C scale being an average starting Safety only tells me your perception is flawed.</blockquote>
