Message: <blockquote data-quote="Pokerbrat2000" data-source="post: 1065938" data-attributes="member: 7261">Agree.It will be interesting to watch MLB trades in the next few days.  With the trade deadline being 7/31, those teams in contention will be looking to add pieces.  The Brewers may actually be able to improve their roster, due to what appears to be a surplus of capable starting pitchers.  Lefty Nestor Cortés appears to be done with his rehab from injury (left elbow) and might be ready to go.  With Quintana appearing to have etched his name into the starting lineup, I could see the Brewers shopping Cortés.  He probably isn't worth a whole lot to a non-contender, but if they throw in a upcoming minor league prospect like SS Cooper Pratt, they might get some interest.This is a good Brewer team and I hope we seem them make a trade or 2 before the deadline and take this team as far as they can.</blockquote>
