I haven't seen any reports that he's there today. I've seen the report that he'll be at 10 of the 14 OTA's but not this one yet. Do you have one?

He is saying that because he is a member at the official Favre site, and the webmaster knows Brett personally. The webmaster made the post on their forum that Brett will be at camp today. Thats why he can make that comment so bravely.
