I honestly think it's a smart move for Brett to make, it's sensible. Given what's already occurred the last thing he would need is a public trial. I'm not saying that's what would of happened in this particular instance, I'm just saying it is one of many reasons why high profile individuals would settle out of court.</p></blockquote><p></p>
