Yes, it's my wife, Jennifer.

It's multi-tracked. Layered vocals. She recorded the lead part twice, then sings 2 different harmony parts to it. That gives the 'effect' you hear.

Your wife should do more of this funny stuff. Youtube is the perfect avenue for this stuff.
