There should never be any pressure on McManus to get well so he's out there. Somewhere along the line there had to be some urgency to get him out there to do the kicking, either from him or the coaching staff but I knew since day one that would be a big mistake. For some reason the kicking game has been the Achilles heel of the LeFleur era. The never seem to get it right and I believe it starts with the special teams coach and ends with LeFleur. They need to find a level head to straighten this problem out. If that means replace the ST coach, do it. It's a much more important part of the game than LeFleur seems to want to admit.</p></blockquote><p></p>
