So, now that Brett's coming back, what's his hard count number going to be this year? I think he's been changing it every year. Blue 42 is the one that's stuck in my head, but I think it's from the 2005 season. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think he has a different number for most years. (I think he always uses blue as the color.)

So, from there, put on your seer hat and make your prediction. What do you think his hard count number is going to be?

I'm going to guess that 38 is the number this year.

Green 18, and blue 58 are the ones he uses most of the time I think.

Blue 42 and Red 16 stand out to me for some reason. Maybe it's Madden...

yeah I've never heard him say anything other than Green 18 and Blue 58. You're probably thinking of Madden.

I thought at one time he said Green 19, but my ears just could have been mistaken and it was really Green 18

He uses Blue 42 and Green 18 pretty commonly. I think I've heard a couple Red 23's.

    EDIT: Forgot Blue 58

I like your Greg LeMond quote.

LeMond is like the forgotten hero of cycling... Kind of like Sterling Sharpe...
