The lunar cycle is 28 days. You just have to remember the corresponding phase of the moon and check the night sky often and plan accordingly. As a supervisor it took me a few months of tracking sick days to see the pattern and plan accordingly. It is the three days prior that you want to go to happy hour or other activity to have an excuse for not being home.
