Blackmon Injury Update?

Anyone know the extent of Blackmon's foot injury? He was carted to the locker room. This guy is a key part of our special teams unit and was getting more and more opportunities as the nickel back. Hopefully he'll be ok for the playoff game in 2 weeks.

Apparently X-rays were negative so it's just a sprain. Not sure how serious, but no breaks, which is a good sign.

It doesn't seem like he has a history of being a fast healer.

He seems to have problems keeping his feet healthy.

Or any other part of his body.

He said no breaks, no tears, so it's not even a sprain. He just felt something and wanted to be on the safe side.

Man I hope he's ok to go for the playoffs. I like him as our punt returner AND nickel.
