But like the Packers, it doesn't happen overnight.  It takes several years.  Remember when TT first took charge and started the process?  It took several years to get to that point. And in the meantime you will have to bring in some FA to take up the slack in some positions.   The one thing the Packers have had the last 10 years is a stable QB.  That make a huge difference.  It's going to suck some more if Ponder isn't that type of QB. Not HOF type, but the type that can at least be in the top 15 QB's.</p></blockquote><p></p>
