More upheaval;  the ripples keep rippling.  That double switch caused some personnel and morale issues.  More ripples.  Those issues affected the QB, and in turn, his performance at a press conference.  Ripple, ripple.  The ripples spread to the team, to the vibe in the locker room, to the core of the team.Eventually, the ripples/repercussions die down.  But if the rock makes a great big splash, it takes awhile, like  maybe the whole following season.</blockquote>
