Studs: First Half Packers Duds: Second Half Packers, MLF, Bisaccia, Hafley and McManAss How do you win games? Constant in game adjustments to what the other team is doing. Our coaching staff does not understand this principle. I could almost hear MLF on the sidelines saying; "Why isn't this working, it worked in the 1st half?" This game kind of sums up how I feel about MLF. He has a very good offensive mind and he brought the team into Chicago prepared and attacked them with precision in the first half. Chicago goes into the locker room, refocuses, makes adjustments and MLF trots back out there for the 2nd half, thinking that nothing needs to change, because why should it, the Bears are doing everything he thought they would. We need a coaching staff that knows what to do in every moment, knows how to react to the other team. Instead Matt and his staff get caught, standing there staring into the headlights of the other team.
