OK - this might sound far fetched - but i'll throw this out anyway -i know he retired and is gonna move up the ladder at wisconsin but - would Alverez consider the head coaching job in GB if offered ??

He's been offered the Packers job a few times. After holmgren, after rhodes he's said no to the pro's repeatedly because he likes the fire in the kids eye that you dont get in the pros.
