He's been a winner at every level he's competed, and as a coach. It's what he brings to the table that's what separates him from everyone else. He has focus, and when he played hockey, he was in a zone when he was on the ice. You could see it because even when he scored, it took a bit of time for him to come out of the zone to realize he'd scored. He's given his team that same level of belief in themselves, and I think he summed it up very well towards the end of what he said. You either believe in yourself and have positive thoughts about what's going to happen, or you will probably fail. I totally agree with that philosophy.</p></blockquote><p></p>
