Why does that matter?  My guess is PC allowed star players a little more slack on discipline.  Fickell, not so much.  You come late to practice, you sit on the bench for a quarter or 2.  Which I think is probably what was instilled in him during his time at OSU.I also can't put enough emphasis on the TP and NIL changes.  Players couldn't move around as easy before them, nor were their instant financial gains to do so.  They stuck it out and did their best to make it to the NFL.  Now, a star player doesn't like a coach, and/or gets a big NIL opportunity, he is gone to greener pastures.</blockquote>
