I think you are right. He must have learned from TT to stay away. Ted was a frequent visitor of this site in his final years, its even rumored that his 2015 draft was copied directly from our collective brain trust.

Frankly, we don't know yet if he does or he doesn't, but for the purpose of this contest it doesn't matter.

Here we were supposed to pick who we thought Gutekunst would pick, not who we would pick. And that's kinda tough not knowing who will still be on the board at any one pick or what trades will be made.

All this means is that we are poor readers of the mind of Gutekunst.

We did much better last year, this was just a different year. We were active in FA, jsut hard to tell which way we would go. I think most figured T over G/C with the addition of Turner and Madison coming back. At least early, most mocked a G later in the draft. I'm actually surprised nobody mocked Dexter with everyone wanting a RB.

I run a mock draft on another site and I had a someone mock Dexter and someone mock Ty Summers. Otherwise it was Savage and Jace on that one too. I run a different format over there. All 10 Packers picks, same scoring, for right player, except I add 2 pts for right position, but wrong player in a round, and 1 point if you mock a player we signed as an UDFA.

Last year we had pick #101 and I picked Ian Thomas round 4. We traded to get Burks and Ian went #101! There’s some irony there (Right pick exactly..but wrong team) but stuff happens.

It was hit or miss this year, no in between​

Sorry took me a bit. Got invited to a shindig last night to meet President Trump! (me an 15k other people). Anyhow, the results are up in the 2nd post. Turns out, we suck, as a whole, worst overall scores ever. Only Sternberger and Savage were guessed. I thought I had Gute figured out after a year - all but one person drafted was over 9.0 in the RAS scores. This year, not so much. But still seems to be a factor.
