2013 Rodell330 13pts

How it works:

Supply 20 names of players and the round the Packers may take them.

Rules:
Select a total of 20 Players
Pick at least 1 player per round
List their name and position.

Correct Player: 3 pts
Correct Player in Correct Round: 3 PLUS the round number pts

Therefore if you go:

Round-Player
1 - Bob wr
1 - Mack pk
2 - Steve te
2 - Ed olb
3 – Chuck wr
4 - Marty s
5 - Pete s

And the Packers draft Ed in the 3rd and Pete in the 5th, your points would be:

Ed (correct player) 3 pts
Pete (correct Player in Round 5) 3 + 5 = 8 pts
11 pts total
When is the deadline for editing our list of 20 guys?

 *Quickly hides his list and will only use "code names" when referring to my selections* ;)

I find some of the research people do here very beneficial in compiling 21 names from a list of what.....3000? Last year I think Willie Beavers ended up on just about everyone's list...didn't know if it was because we all liked his name or someone saw something special about him. The Vikings must have been watching, they took him in the 4th and later cut him (ended up on their practice squad).
I believe there were several of us who thought Beavers was way overrated. One guy, maybe Amish, said he wasn't even an NFL football player. Terrible slow footwork on that guy.

I still think some of us were a little ******* the Beaver. OK, that joke is getting old.

I'm starting to see some common names show up on everyone's list this year, which probably means the Packers won't take that guy.

I keep having to remind myself, I am not the one doing the drafting, it is Ted. "Think like Ted".

At least he's in the room. By the way, how old is that picture? That looks like McCarthy's kid brother and Thompson in his pre-zombie days.

taken from a different angle, you can see in the background who really runs the draft.

While that's funny, he does approve the cash budget and might kibbitz as in, "guys, are we still going to just outscore 'em this year and get to 10 wins?" ;)

HRE, look farther into the background. Murphy is in the foreground.

If this season goes South.....I elect Amish to photoshop those 2 guys in on any pictures that involves a decision on or off the field!

Well that second picture is from 2010, as you can see Sam Bradford on the TV behind them.

This is hilarious and, at first blush, seemed like some kind of anti-Semitic conspiracy theory. But then the joke landed.

Maybe the Packers 2017 catch phrase should be....."In the Amish We Trust"? :coffee:

So, given how these guys have aged in 7 years, the fans are not the only ones stressed over the Rodgers time clock ticking away without getting over the hump. ;)

In all seriousness, it is amazing the toll that the NFL life takes on these guys. Not just Packer people either. This league ages staff fast.
