Personally I think the scouting and player evaluation for Dillon was spot on. I think he has the make up of a special player and I think he's the perfect compliment for Aaron Rodgers. A big powerfully built runner with nimble feet who explodes in the  first 10 yards is the kind of back that defenses have to respect and will have to respond by squeezing their defensive alignments.</blockquote>
