It wouldn't have mattered as his replacement was inactive and it would have removed the possibility of what ended up happening.</li> </ul><p>We could play this game all day with luck, bad luck, luck not relevant. Doesn't really have value. It's just a matter of personal observation and perspective.</p></blockquote><p></p>
