How many times have you seen a pressured QB run for a first down or step into the pocket and make a big completion? Rather than pressures, forced incompletions plus sacks would be a much better barometer. Each incompletion has 4 causes. 1- a receiver gets his hands on the ball and drops the pass, 2- a defender gets his hands on the ball for a deflection, 3- a bad pass or intentional throw away, 4- a forced incompletion by a pass rusher who causes a QB to make a bad pass because he can't set his legs properly. Like forced fumbles, I also would like pass rushers to get credited with a forced interception.</p></blockquote><p></p>
