Maybe no player deserves that kind of money, but Rodgers deserves significantly more than anybody else - he's better than anybody else by a wide margin. And as tjv or somebody replied to you, it's a matter of the law of supply and demand - the free market - both how much the player's agent can squeeze the team for and how much the team can squeeze the fans and TV networks for. It's legendary how difficult it is/how long it takes to get Packer season tickets. That fact says the price could be extremely much higher than it is, based on market forces.</p></blockquote><p></p>
