5 Guys Consensus Is Wrong On (To Me)

If he’s put in the right system, he’s a good starting Safety with Elite size and speed.</p><p>Medium-Low Floor</p><p>High Ceiling (if used properly)</p><p></p><p><strong>RB, Eli Heidenrich</strong></p><p>Highly underestimated, Dual threat player. Several drafts ago I called Tyrone Tracy as a strong prospect who would exceed draft grade. In hindsight he is an easy Day 2 quality RB. At the time the bulk of interactive Mocks (PFF, Consensus, ESPN, etc) had him RD5-6 area. While don’t think Heidenreich is exactly that, I don’t think he’s far behind. Eli very quietly logged 1,440 yards and 9 TD’s in his 3rd season with Navy. Yet it’s how dynamic he went about it. He was a highlight reel at 17.8 per reception on a Team that has been steadily rising along with its American Conference, and right into a #23 National ranking. So he’s performing at near elite play against what’s now a a ranked College program. Just 1 opponent that throughly handled Navy was #10 ranked Notre Dame, where Eli rushed</p><p> 1 X 15.0 yards. 2 catches for 20.0 against the Nations #11 ranked Defense</p><p></p><p><strong>OG, Beau Stephens</strong></p><p>Ok.. Let’s get his biggest flaw out of the way, he had 31.2” arms (6% tile). RAS was 7.74, so not great but nothing alarming. Yet he finished as the Coaches pick for best ranked interior OL in the Big 10 Conference. He also gathers an AP 1st team All-American label and was the cornerstone for his OL Winning the Jim Moore Award (w/Logan Jones and Jennings Dunker) Imo you could draft him in RD4 and feel completely good about him. I think had he length to play Tackle he’s easily Day 2 value. Also PFF had Beau as the highest rated Guard in Power 4 ball.</p><p></p><p>PS. He’d be perfect to replace Banks at cheap $ in 2027 if Banks doesn’t improve. Beau fits with what we are moving towards, with good size. 6’5.4” 315lb. I’d be good selecting Beau at #120 overall and emphatic by #153.</p></blockquote><p></p>
