He took 7th Rounder Jordan Poyer at Cleveland and gradually turned him into a Superstar. When he joined Buffalo Babich lobbied for them to go after Poyer and they wisely followed Babich advice into Stardom. He started Poyer immediately in 2017 and never looked back.</p><p>95 tackles, 5INT</p><p>100 tackles 4INT</p><p>107 tackles 2INT</p><p>124 tackles 2INT</p><p>93 Tackles. 5 INT All-Pro-1</p><p>12 games :65TKL;4INT PROBOWL</p><p></p><p>Not bad for developing a 7th rounder.
