I guess it all depends on what happens to the other 3 backs, all of which I would consider to be ahead of Dillon on an initial 2025 depth chart. First, lets assume for discussion purposes, that all 3 of those backs stay healthy and Dillon heals up 100%. Josh Jacobs: While Josh hasn't been a huge game changing back just yet, unless the Packers decide to move on from him, I think he is a Packer in 2025. Emmanuel Wilson: I for one am gladly eating crow when it comes to Wilson. I assumed he was a JAG and wouldn't do all that much. I was wrong and I think he has played himself into a very capable #2 RB spot. He will be an ERFA after 2025 and thus I don't see how he wouldn't be on the roster in 2025. MarShawn Lloyd: Lloyd was a 3rd round pick in 2024 and hasn't had a chance to prove himself just yet. I think if given a chance, he will show enough promise to be on the roster next season. Even if somehow his injury keeps him from playing in 2024, I still think the 3rd round investment will keep him in GB. So yes, I think Dillon could potentially play himself into a spot on the Packers roster, but he would need to sign a no to low guaranteed 1 year deal and then beat out one of the 3 backs that IMO are currently ahead of him. That said, if another team that is in obvious need of a RB to fill a #2 or 3 spot approaches Dillon to play for them, I doubt he passes it up.
