It current philosophy is failing and actually becoming a hinderance.I’m now finding myself in the Corner of letting Dom go and consider myself neutral on ideas with changing our philosophy in the player acquisition area and TT. There was a glimmer of hope he showed us in delving into FA this year but it’s too little too late IMO.</blockquote>
