I carry that many RBs and WRs because we are allowed to do that. we are allowed to carry one injured player and that gives us an extra player to chose and keep on our team. So we may keep 2 QBS 4 RBS 3WRS 2 TES 2 K 2 DEF 1 ALTERNATE 1 INJ
