    Trade Watson?

Every agent is hoping to reset the market, but there is no world in which Watson gets paid like a top-5 WR next season by any team unless the Packers win the Super Bowl on the back of Watson having 1,800+ yards receiving. That's not really going to happen unless Jacobs is lost for the season...

    Trade Watson?

I'd say that, if he stays healthy, he could expect maybe $25m a year? That would make him the 17th highest paid WR

    Trade Watson?

Christian won't receive elite WR money because of his injury past and because GB runs the ball more than most teams. However, his value to this offense is pretty high as when he's off the field the offense turns into a constipated mess because there's no deep speed on this roster outside of...

    Trade Watson?

Watson is probably the second-most important skill position player on the team (behind Love). His speed opens up soooo much for the offense. I think Kraft is a better overall player but Watson provides something to the team that no other player does. Golden is really fast in his undies but not...

    One Player Defense

The packers have a GM that’s not very good at drafting dlinemen. Every year (prior to the season) fans get pumped up on hopium only to be disappointed that the high draft pick wasn’t worth it.

    Jonathan Gannon new Packer DC

Don’t take anything from his time in Arizona as indicative of his defensive scheme…that offense was just so, so bad that no defense would have looked good.

Yes, having the best coach in NFL history would certainly have made a difference over the amazingness that was MM's ability to convince people that he wasn't the problem for the last five years of his time in Green Bay. So, who's the next best coach in NFL history that you know how to find?

    Fire Matt LaFleur

Ok...now let's look at the Giants, Browns, Raiders, Dolphins, Broncos, etc. and how many coaching changes they've all had, and they've managed to find a really good coach, right? Of those teams I listed I'd say that Payton is the only decent hire out of those 43 combined HC changes since 2002...

Uhmm...not sure where you got that conclusion from but I will state this very clearly: I fully expect the Packers to win another Super Bowl, I'm just not going to hinge my evaluation of the coach entirely on whether the team wins a Super Bowl next year.

Sure, there have been mistakes. There have also been far, far more successes. Like turning Jordan Love into an MVP-caliber QB. Or turning Malik Willis into a starting-level QB. Or coaching a team with the eighth most offensive points scored per game over the past three years. No coach is perfect...

Until people start to realize that the HC is not the problem and admit the reality that firing one person won't magically let the Packers win the Super Bowl next season. If some fans were in charge of football teams, there would be 31 HC's fired every season.

Because context matters as do injuries. Ignoring those two factors just proves someone is acting emotionally and has no business making important decisions.

The old Mavericks-Lakers trade concept, huh? I like it!!

Thank goodness someone intelligent is in charge of making HC decisions and not some of these fans that think elite coaches are just super easy to hire and want to get rid of a top 5-7 HC who’s managed to take the youngest team in football to the playoffs so consistently it’s not even a talking...

MLF is proven to be very good at developing QB’s (getting Rodgers back on track, Love, and Willis reclamation) so I’m sure he’d be worth at least as much as Payton since that’s the most valuable skill for most teams.
