I'm sure Ted Thompson and Brett Favre sat down and had a good discussion about the Packers future.
Favre is full aware that 2005 is just an evaluating season and I'm sure Thompson told Brett he will get this team back in order ASAP.
Brett will be back for 2006 and 2007.
It's not going to happen this year.
The Packers HC job in 2006 has already been decided and is only awaiting a decision.
Mike Holmgren's contract in Seattle is up after the 2005 season. If Holmgren wants the Packer HC job in 2006 it is his. Ted Thompson is waiting on Holmgren's decision...

APF, I would love to see the Packers win just as much as any other Packer fan. The difference between you and I is that I am not content with seeing the Packers just win the NFC North. I am interested in seeing them win the NFC Championship and the Super Bowl while Brett Favre is still in Green...
