What to do w/ Green and Najeh...

Will the same posters be calling for the return of Davenport or Green after Green Bay gets another Terdell Middleton, or Eddie Lee Ivory? We have been blessed with good rushers since Bennet. I am hoping for a solid recovery from at least one of our rb's and a return next year.

    Green, Ferguson and Collins

Per todays press conference Green is probally done for the year and Fergy out 2-4 weeks with a sprained ankle. On with the body count.

    Welcome home Joey

I was talking about this today, trying to recall who replaced Mitchell in the endless string of crappy qbs.

    I am disgusted.

The Pack has the best record for what, the last 10 years overall? I think they gained many fans through out this time period. If you get used to winning then losing is even more hard to deal with. As long as we don't regress to the Whitehurst/Middleton days it won't be that bad. I am...

    Hawthorne gets the axe!!!!

Detroit tends to carry alot of players that dont cut it anywhere else. In fact I remember Green Bay ditching one of these types on Detroit (a wr that shall remain name less). It says to me they made the right choice by letting him go. The ones that burn me are the guys that are cut and become...

    Lions lose 21-20

It was painfull to watch. Both qbs insisted on trying to give the game away. I understand Detroit has many of its starters gone on offense, but Harrington continues to struggle. Am hoping Rodgers is better.

The Pats are not such a classy team when they start to lose.

The Pats are falling apart and not taking losing well. Their offensive linemen punching the opposing playing in the groin at the close of the first half indicates their breakdown. Talk about bad losers!

    Thoughts on greedy

I also am curious, I would say Grady is anything but greedy. The last few years he has been the difference maker on D, when he was out the Pack lost every game. He didn't hold out and claim he wasn't being paid what he was worth. I believe Hunt was making more $ than Jackson. McCenzie or...

    I feel good! So good!

I understand if you answer the call to "come sail away" with some of the Vikings it can be very interesting!

Packers to pay injured DT Hunt full '05 salary

I think it is fair to be angry with Hunt. He milked when he was supposed to be playing and is still milking after leaving. It is easy to be bitter with a player that is getting top dollar and not performing. All the more reason to appreciate the Grady's and Gilberts that did the job and didn't...

Back to the original West Coast offense?

All the above posts cite the idea that the running game is suffering (which you have to agree with). But as I am reading I am picturing Driver and Ferguson are better grabbing the quick slant passes and then getting Y.A.C . As much as the running game needs something else I also think the...

Can you lose your position due to injury in the NFL?

This shouldn't be a union type job based on senority. The better player should play, period. Wells has outshined Flanigan this year. When Flanigan gets better, he should have to beat Wells out of the job he holds not take it back over just because.

    See the BATES difference?

It isn't because they have alot of new players. It is just too bad he wasn't here last year!

Why I think Brett Favre should be traded...

Trading Farve would be like putting another hole in a sinking ship. I am sure if he no longer wants to play in Green Bay, he will go. Don't try to make this choice for him.

No difference makers in the last two years

Monday nights game is the first I have been able to watch this year. The guys making plays are the same guys we had 3-6 years ago. I have been asking myself "who has Green Bay picked up or drafted in the last two years that has helped?"
