There is a long list of guys with very high wonderlic scores that were nobodies, the list of low scores that were all pro players is is pretty small from what I can see.
Wonderlic scores are not the be all end all but intelligence matters more than people think. guys at 15 or below include...
I was coming specifically to ask he how is his intelligence, lots of super athletic people don’t make it the NFL because the lack football acumen, desire and work ethic
I do get that just found the 7th round excitement amusing. Truth is nearly every single draft pick starting at #1 is a roll of the dice which is why I was not at all upset about the Pack wasting way too much draft capital to move up and grab a receiver that is not guaranteed to be a superstar
I can certainly understand that viewpoint but I think we are good. I think he will contribute a surprising amount this year. Not Jefferson or Chase 1st year levels mind you but I think he will surprise people.
I mean if you think about it logically and not emotionally, there was nothing wrong with last night’s draft. In fact it was pretty damn good considering how the board played out.
The Pack would have had to give up way too much to draft a receiver that is no guarantee to produce ever let alone...
I mean it is a quote from 1977. Just not sure you were aware he was actually trying to diffuse the situation with a Star Wars quote. He wasn’t actually challenging your authority as you seem to have taken it.
Anyway, moderation is a sucky hobby, you do what you have to do.
I am on board with Julio as long as the price is good. I feel like he could have a mini resurgence with #12. He will never be the Julio people remember but would produce better than he did in Tennessee
I mean if something weird happened where all the packers top WR options were gone, this would be a consolation prize, it is not horrible outside of I feel like we are so hosed in the WR department right now
Ya people really underestimate the value of speed. Plus MVS was also starting to show signs of improved hands. The question is how is the route running, or at least that is what it seemed like to me
