    Dom Capers for Head Coach.

    I don't think he should be head coach, he's a great for the D, but when he coached before it didnt go so well, granted it was the Texans, but he should stay where he is. As for MM, He is one of the best coaches ever at getting players prepared for a game, but one of the worst playcallers ever...
