    The future

So you're what then, a TT-first fan? GB second? GM worship perhaps?

    The future

It sickens me too. I don't know what kind of Packer fans generally post to these sites, but this attitude is appalling. I guess we have to consider the source, or the poster. Fair weather fans is what you'd call them, i guess.

    [VIDEO] Aaron Rodgers (11-20-06) maybe.

    Actually Glad Aaron Bombed.

True, I guess. I think you could do it better if you could do it with the original 5 lineman, and send the others out to run pass patterns.

Yes, the fact that GB often has had to keep TE's and RB's in to protect the QB seems to be lost on you!

You didn't answer my question about a quick release, quick decision, avoid the rush type of QB making the O-Line look better than it really is in regards to sack % for instance. etc

Well, let's say, excluding the New England game, might not the QB have helped the O-line look a bit better than it is by avoiding sacks and getting rid of the ball quickly?

QB position might have something to do with that. How many times was A-Rod pasted?

    The future

Merrill Hodge from ESPN just said, "No way is Aaron Rodgers the future of the GB Packer franchise. Not from what I've seen so far". For what it's worth.

Having to max protect and leave your TE's in to block is not exactly a good thing. Also, Favre's ability to buy time by avoiding the rush and get the ball away has made the O-line look better than they really are. How did the O-Line do against New England? Not too good. Neither did Aaron...

    Ted Thompson:year 2

I knew that the Pats and Steelers would fall off their perch this year, even thought they were being held up as the model teams for building through the draft. The Patriots will not go deep in the playoffs this year. The Jets shellac'ed them. They will lose. They are not the team that they once...

    Ted Thompson:year 2

That is kind of how it has shaken out. I think TT wanted to re-build without Favre. But when he knew Favre was coming back, he should have tried to build around him a bit with some veteran talent at the skilled position--WR. And the O-Line. The defense was supposed to be his...
