Favre's got TT by the balls.
I don't think he should've had the whole retirement charade so soon after the season. He said things that people will remember and question...sort of makes him look foolish.
This is from goeagles99....excellent poster on our boards. He's going to write a weekly article on the official Eagle's website this year as well....he puts a lot of work into football and is very knowledgeable.
He also runs this site: www.Scoutsnotebook.com
Not sure about Stallworth....but Westbrook will play...and probably play a lot. I think they are limiting his practice time on purpose. Some of it may be injury related, but I don't think it's all that bad. I think they are trying to keep him fresh. I'm more concerned about Stallworth's...
Reggie is a rookie...they are still figuring out how to use him. He will be special in a couple years.
Westbrook's success has a lot to do with Reid's playcalling. They know how to exploit mis-matches with him.

86 rating in '02...
79 rating in '03...but he had a broken thumb on his throwing hand early in the year. He really shouldn't have been playing in those games...the effects were obvious. Once the wrap came off his hand he finished the last 10 games completing 63.9% of his passes, over 2,300...
All that means is that there hasn't been anything agreed upon....and that the Packers don't want to hold a fire-sale for Walker. They are still listening to offers....
If you were Brett Favre, wouldn't you want them to "get busy"?
I'm sure McNabb feels the same way about the Eagle's cap room....and he's not even on the verge of retirement yet....
The only difference is the media got wind of Brett's feelings....
Hard to say how much he'd get now....but that's due to the injury....
I will say this...he would've been the #1 free agent out there this year if he was released....
I'm not going to disagree with that....I do feel contracts should be honored. But I also know that in today's NFL, there will always be situations like this. Walker is not the first nor the last....each team will have to put up with this crap....
