    Preston Smith - Edge

He's been good/great 2 out of 3 years here, I support it. Preston + Gary are a solid starting duo now draft a guy on day 2 to give them depth.

But what has he really said? He said he's coming back but he hasn't said for how long, and he's disputed reports that a deal has been agreed upon. Articles coming out saying they're still negotiating with Rodgers. He could always come back for the final year on his deal and say I didn't lie...

If Adams is traded you lose Rodgers too imo, he hasn't signed his new contract yet for a reason.

    Packers Front Office Under Fire

In my opinion your opinion is a lame attempt to undermine a qb over something that has zero importance to a championship contender. If Rodgers went down for a game or 2 you're better off playing a veteran who knows the system instead of a guy who's barely old enough to drink and couldn't even...

    Packers Front Office Under Fire

Your take is truly terrible. The three other 1st round quarterbacks were all taken in the top 6 by rebuilding teams. Of course they're going to get more burn when they have nothing to play for besides developing young talent (Bengals, Chargers). Even Miami went that route for a few years when...

    Arrogant General Managers

I met Ted in 2011 at Pasquales in DePere near where he lived. I went in for dinner with my dad and was shocked to find Ted sitting at the bar putting down one of their sandwiches. He shook our hands and talked to us for a minute or two before we respectfully left him to his meal. I must have...

The biggest unifier of the Republican party is their white identity politics. It's why a majority of them feel they experience more racism than the people who were enslaved, then segregated, then mass incarcerated. Also when did educating yourself at universities become so partisan? It used to...

2020 Packers first round pick: Jordan Love, QB

I too wanted the Packers to plug some holes (WR) and gives Rodgers a couple more years of superbowl contention. However the realist in me sees how the team overachieved last year and is probably closer to a 9 win wildcard than they are a 13 win juggernaut. Also Rodgers has not aged nearly as...

    Trade up for Isiah Simmons?

I think a big factor for if you want that 5th year is how valued is the position. Quarterback, DLine, edge rusher, left tackle, WR, CB those are the positions to draft at the end of the 1st imo, if you're drafting anything else trade back. Its one of the reason I'd pass on drafting an ILB at 30...

    Trade up for Isiah Simmons?

I think the Packers have too many holes to fill the next couple years to waste what draft capital they have to trade up. If anything they should be trading back.

Free Agency: Packers Should Green Bay Pursue?

A vet defensive tackle + TE are the only spots left to address imo, can wait until the draft to get a couple of WR.

Christian Kirksey being signed by the Packers

From what I read he seems to be average against the pass and above average to excellent against the run. If he stays healthy I think he'll earn his paycheck.

    Packers sign T Rick Wagner

I like the Packer signing a couple tier 2 guys instead of putting all their cap space into 1 player (Littleton). They should get a couple of decent comp picks next year too, Ted would be proud.

Pick #30, Who are your favorite prospects?

I think ideally the Packers fill the tight end position in free agency, and hopefully either a right tackle or ILB. So whichever position they dont address in FA they can fill with #30. If one of the top ILB/RT/WR/DL are not available trade back and pick from the next batch.
