If that were true, I'd agree with you. It was pretty clear that it was going forward.

I just rewatched both of these, and both were called correctly. Wallace has to maintain control on his way to the ground for it to be a catch. I believe the same rule was incorrectly used to take a TD away from Jennings in the Bears game, and then later in that same game (correctly) on a wasted...

    Official Game Day Thread: Packers @ Steelers 12/20: LOSS 37 - 36

I'd have to rewatch it to find specifics, but I think they lost a few seconds when the clock didn't stop right away after one of the sacks with a defensive penalty. It all evened out.

Actually I don't. I watched Shaun Rogers lower his head and ram his helmet into Roethlisberger's shoulder in one of the cheapest shots I've ever seen on a QB. No flag.

Woodson got away with blatant interference on the same drive. Who's to say the Steelers don't score earlier, or have more time left, if it's called correctly? To call holding on the final play would have been awful, especially since it appears the throw would have gotten off before Raji would...

As far as the fumble that was called back goes, the play went exactly as the referee stated in his explanation. Roethlisberger clearly had possession with his arm moving forward before it was knocked out. The roughing the passer penalty that I think you're referring to wasn't initially...

I'm not sure that I saw the 1st and 3rd possible roughing the passer that you're referring to, but the "spear" wasn't anywhere near as malicious as you make it sound. The reversal of the fumble was the correct call. His arm was clearly moving forward before he lost control of the ball, and the...

    Official Game Day Thread: Packers @ Steelers 12/20: LOSS 37 - 36

Honestly, it's ridiculous to say that if Crosby would have made that field goal, the Packers would have won. That miss was way back in the second quarter. It wasn't a missed 23 yarder with a 7 point lead and under two minutes to play. The Packers having three more points there would have changed...

I saw missed/bad calls on both sides, but I hope you're not complaining about the illegal contact penalty that took away the interception on the final drive. He ran over Ward on his way to tipping that ball into the air. Illegal contact doesn't get any easier to call.
