Yea...this is a week or two past due. It seems like Thompson makes a deal and sticks with the guy so long to prove it was a good deal. Quit trying to outsmart everyone and do what's right for the team. His stubborness is going to ruin this season.
The surprising thing is that we just don't have the talent that we were led to believe. I know what Favre said. I know what TT has said but the fact is that this team is not that talented. Last season was magical and most of that magic was traded away.
Seashawk's were waxed yesterday. Not good news for the Packers traveling to Seattle. The Packers haven't shown ANY leadership on the coaching staff or team. Hard to picture them bouncing back. This could be a long losing streak.
It's the same thing that every coach says. They all go to the "just use cliche's to the media because the NFL forces us to do these press conferences" mode. Listen to Andy Reid, Brad Childress etc....it's like they take a class in this!
Actually he has been spectacular. He leads the NFL in passing a quarter of the way through the season....with a brand new offense. Having said that...I don't think Rogers is the biggest problem on this team. We are just not that talented.
We don't disagree, but maybe he sees something in a player that isn't really there. Besides, the coaching is handpicked by him.
I'm not looking to argue...just disgusted tonight...like so many others here.
He picks the players. The talent and/or depth is not there. Neither is any type of leadership. I agree the line play is bad, but it is TT's line. Every team has injuries. Look at
Washington, they play without Jason Taylor and don't miss a beat.
I agree...TTis not losing these games....his...
Rogers was OK....most of his stats were racked up after the Packers were behind. Mccarthy's **** and dunk offense to protect him is causing us to fall behind early. Most QB's with 300 yards are on the wrong side of the score. I think he only had about 150 after three quarters.
but aparently the engineer was busy texting someone! TT took over an 8-8 team and 4 years later our record will be worse. I'm sure Murphy and the board doesn't have to nads to do it but we go 6-10, he needs to go.
So.....what are you saying? "yes he should be ripped a new a@@" or "the F.... season isn't half over yet"? I'm not following your logic. Should we be ripping him or is it too early. You seem to be advocating both.
