Compare Jimmy Garoppolo‘s numbers to Aaron Rodgers this year. Very similar, with a couple of differences. Jimmy Garoppolo‘s completion percentage is way higher. Aaron Rodgers throws way less interceptions. This is Garoppolo‘s very first full season as a starter.

That’s quite different than him saying they resent that Rogers is considered better than Garoppolo. That would be very out of character.
