REPORT: Eddie Lacy talking to P90X creator about training

Growing up isn't easy, and some guys have a little more trouble doing it than others. It took Brett Favre a while, and he turned out alright. Hoping Lacy has turned the corner too.

    Packers promote Wolf and Gutekunst

I feel myself being pulled by those thoughts but I trust they wouldn't be giving him such strong implicit support if he wasn't a guy they trusted and verified in some way we have to know.

    Why?

    They didn't freaking want to!

    2015 MVP Race

talking about how important carson palmer is to the cardinals is fine. and it might be true that his team would be the worst off for losing their best player. but that's not what the award is for. the award is for the most valuable player in the league. not the player most indispensable to...

How is it that Capers still has a job with the Green Bay Packers?

Carl from Queensbury, NY At what point do we come to terms with a need for a different defensive coordinator? Yours is the first question I saw when I opened my inbox today. I had to push back from my desk and gather myself. After I did, I felt sorry for you that you could so totally miss the...

    Scott Wells, Daryn College.

Colledge was cheap because he was young. Wells was cheap because he was a 7th round draft pick.

    Guess the Packer Forum Announcement

Vic will devote one day of his column to giving a personalized snarky insult to each of us.

    Have we improved?

You're falling into the "we need better players" mentality. The Packers operate on a "we need our players to get better" mentality. Going out and getting new guys is not seen as a positive thing here. We rely on the players we draft to improve year to year. The roster is the same, and that...

    Move CB up draft board

I definitely think our free agency approach is a cash issue. We can't afford to hand out mountains of cash and couldn't afford to cut our losses if we did hand out mountains of cash. I think everything that has happened with our free agents is what Ted & Company expected. Sign Cobb and Bulaga...

    Move CB up draft board

That's an assumption. And not an unreasonable one. But not one I agree with. Experience is big, but with as successful as our team has been, with how young we have been, surely inexperience isn't something that our coaching staff and front office fear.
