Phew! Glad we dodged that bullet LOL!
No worries . I have a ton of respect for Lambeau as a venue, and some very good friends of ours are Packer fans, and they drive up from Texas at least once a season and always seem to have a blast. I also happen to be a big Aaron Rodgers fan so it's...
This kind of feels like a lame attempt to discourage me from buying tickets. Relax, we decided not to go.
Still have to see the in-laws for Christmas.
BTW, the tix were in section 134; are those bleacher seats??
Don't get me wrong... I think I tend to agree with most of this. Curiosity gets the best of me, however: if you don't believe that he meant to injure Kaepernick, what do you believe was his intent with the hit/tackle? To end the play? I'm probably playing devil's advocate at this point but meh...
I don't believe that to be true.....

Does your opinion of the play change after reading this? Probably seems like I came here to post this to gloat, but I think it's very relevant to the topic. People are going to be talking about this one for a while...
This is getting a bit out of hand. If his hand was any higher I would have had to say helmet... but you might still have corrected me and said "IT WAS ONLY THE FACEMASK STUPID NINER FAN".
Trajectory has nothing to do with where his arm was wrapped around. Trajectory has nothing to do with a...

I took a screen shot of the replay from nfl.com and was going to post the picture, but didn't feel like adding to the pile already going on lol. In the picture Kaep's foot is already touched about a full yard (yard + possibly) out of bounds, and Matthews still has contact with the ground, still...
With regards to the holding penalties: it is my understanding that a lineman may hold the defender inside on the pads, however I believe that defender has to be allowed to disengage and turn for the sake of making a play. In the case of Justin Smith, I saw the runs go right in his gap and he's...
