This defense is 1 year removed from being a championship defense and now everyone is thinking "drastic" changes. As much as I would love TT to add someone via freeagency that could become a cornerstone for the D for years to come, just like he did with Woodson, I realize the chances of that...

He's a freeagent and would be perfect for our defense. I'm sure he'll come with at a hefty cost but what do you all think the chances are TT goes after him. He's still young and could be a cornerstone for our defense for many years to come.

I agree Lang is very versitle but I like the idea of having the 5 set starters with 5 set backups I know its tough as the season goes on due to injuries but still I think stick them at a position where they stand the best chance to help the team. I dont however think Lang is our best linemen...

I dont see a reason not to keep 6 DE and just rotate Pickett and Raji at NT thats alot of d-linemen but think of the havoc those guys can create! you have Jolly and Harrell in on running downs then you can rotate Jenkins, Neal, Wilson, and Wynn in on passing downs with Raji bringing the heat...

I think the o-line might have alot of if not all the peices together already its just a matter of the coaches placing them in the best positions. Heres what i think the o-line should look like. LT-Cliften, Bulaga LG-Colledge, Lang C-Wells, Spitz RG-Sitton, Barbre RT-Tausher, Newhouse...
