The IQ test, technically speaking, was first introduced by Alfred Binet, a renowned French psychologist, in 1905. This test has offered the basis principles for almost any contemporary IQ tests widely used in these days. However, the interest of both psychologists and scientists in this field actually dates back to several thousands of years. With some research on intelligence carried out through the years, it's in 1859 as concrete studies as well as experiments over the definition of IQ began after "The Origin of Species" written by Charles Darwin was published. Darwin's theory really made Sir a British scientist named Francis Galton fascinated. Galton then tried to find out the relationship between human capability and heredity. As time went by, it was widely believed the human being had a few geniuses as well as idiots, while the most of people were intelligent. Whatever someone obtained in life, they depend upon their will-power and hard work.
