My heart is definitely in GB. I can't sleep, so I'm watching NFL Network. 1985 Bears vs Packers is on.

Is it weird I'm getting into this game?

What's the name of that Pancake house, when I went to GB last year that place was my favorite spot for breakfast & Aaron Rodger's steak house wasn't bad either :chisux::viksux::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005::happy0005:

Al's is a crap hole. There are so many great restaurants in Green Bay and you throw down those two?

I dont' live in Green Bay and I'm okay with that. The east side is really starting to get seedy.

I prefer the west side, but go far enough east to UW-GB, some nice stuff there.

Thinking of relocating up there, though its just a pipe dream right now. I know this sounds trollish but I always wondered what the response would be if you called the police on Lambeau field for being too loud on a Monday night. I just love how their are HOUSES right next to the stadium, not big apartment complexes, not businesses, maybe a few hotels and bars, but houses.

I've been considering how nice it would be if my residency options brought me as close as Milwaukee. I'm not sure what GB has to offer in that regard, though.

I'll try to help. When you talk about residency, are you speaking medical terms? Give me a PM and tell me what you need

BTW, Buffalo is as close as you can get to living in Green Bay, spent two weeks there on business, I liked it, and to find the home of Buffalo wings!!!!!!

Yep, medical residency. I've got a year or so before I can even start seriously thinking about it. I've just always thought that Milwaukee might be a nice place to look. It's a fairly big city, so I'm sure there are lots of options there.

Buffalo is okay. The thing I REALLY like about Buffalo is the sports. I imagine other smaller cities like GB are just like it. The fans really don't have anything else to do. It's a smaller, very much so a working class city. So, when people get done with work, they shut off, hit the bar (every day of the week, lol) and watch the Sabres, or the Bills. I was a GB fan before I moved here, so naturally, I've stuck with them (how could I not?). However, I never really watched hockey and have grown into the Sabres. I mean, just the fact that on any given game day, I can go to a professional football or hockey game for $30? Yes, please.

Other than that, the city is kind of run down and has been left behind by much of the US. There are nice parts to it, where I live has more of a Brooklyn, or artsy city feel. One thing's for sure, the wings are great!

OK, let me know what kind of doctor you're going to be and I will help. I have one son that's a Pharm D (starting pay $125K) the other son is working to become a D.O. (I don't know what that is). I believe I exist to help people, so I will help you. Milwaukee sucks. If not Green Bay, Madison or Appleton.

Surgery, for sure. Leaning towards Orthopedics right now, but I haven't started in the hospital yet, so who knows.

    What's wrong with Milwaukee?

I'm gonna move to GB and Incubes is gonna be my doctor! How awesome is that!

Thanks for this thread! That saying is true, home is where your heart is. My body is in Philly but my heart and soul are in GB with my team.

Maybe if I ever really consider moving out of Philly, I love my city, don't get me wrong but it begins to wear on you after a while, I'd chose GB to live. Reggie saw something out there and maybe one day I'll follow in his pawprints.

Depends what part you live in. Just like Green Bay.

Downtown Milwaukee there are some really cool areas like the third ward, although you'll have to deal with the hipster crowd there.
There are some areas of Milwaukee that are very sketchy.

Milwaukee has some great hospitals. St. Lukes and Froedtert (pronounced fray-dert)
Although, I think St. Lukes is more known for Cardiac.

Otherwise, Theda Clark in Neenah is great and is about 35 minutes from Lambeau.
