Yeah he did, but it's a bunch I think I missed like Archie Manning, and ummmmmm it was another quarterback from the Redskins that was washed up and went there.

I haven't posted here in some time but I remember a topic some place with the full list of their washed up QB's lol

Is it hard cheering for the Vikes since they never win? At least the Cubs have won a world series. The Vikings and the Clippers are the two worst franchises in history. Whats it like cheering for the LA Clippers of the NFL? Ya know....soon the Vikes may be in LA then it would be super convenient because you could cheer for both teams!!! How awesome would that be?!?!?!

Minnesota sports are horrendous. Univ. of Minnesota is so bad at pretty much everything of significance.

I will give you a thumbs up to your women. Hot girls in the twin cities fo sho.

Twins have won two world series. Thats something. They have arguably the best college hockey program. So yes....they suck at everything of importance. Lol

Haha! Hell yeah, are your Vikings ready?! I'm telling all you cats this right now, Viking fan included. Do NOT underestimate McNabb. He may be older and maybe slightly past his prime but he is one hell of a good QB. He can scramble and he can pass. Don't let that mess with the Redskins fool you, that wasn't all his fault. He's got a lot of experience: post season, NFC Championship games, SB (not a win, though), drama (see T.O.) he's a good guy too. I'm not saying the Vikings are gonna win the SB or even make the postseason and do well, I'm just saying he's one hell of a lot better than Favre (You Know Who). Keep him healthy, if your O-line can protect him in the pocket you guys might make some noise over there. Let him mentor Ponder, and for the love of God keep hold of Ponder once he does and don't go getting another older QB. The Packers will stomp you at some point. Meet our defense, I feel sorry for McNabb when that day comes, as he is one of my favorites. Best of luck again, we'll see what happens at game time. Packers Vs Vikings anyone?

Random but.. Is it wrong for me, being a Packers Fan, to hate the Vikings more than the Bears? Theres just an aroma about them that makes me appreciate them less...

Not really. The Clippers just flat out suck. They never make the playoffs.

The Vikings manage to make the playoffs every other year, and when you least expect it they'll win the division with a washed up quarterback, scare you by reaching the championship, and then blowing it on one play.

1987- blew it against Redskins when Nelson dropped what would have been a game winning TD on a 4th and goal (BTW I also think the Redskins were lucky, cause the Browns would have beat them in the Super Bowl that year)

1998 - blew it on Gary Anderson not missing a field goal in 3 years and missing it in the NFC Championship, which led to Atlanta tying it for OT and eventually winning.

2009 blew it against the Saints with Favre throwing a pick, and turning the ball over 6 times. They actually had the Saints shut down in that one, but forgot how to not turn the ball over.

I'm sure by 2020 it will happen again.

The Vikes don't have an O-Line and other than Harvin, who is always injured, he has no one to throw to. Minnesota was a bad place for him to go. I agree with you about McNabb though. Classy player. Liked him before he became a Viking.

As far as Vikings vs. Bears, which one I hate more. I hate the Bears as team more, but I hate Vikings fans more. Vikings fans think that the Vikings are this great and prestigous franchise despite the fact that they have NEVER won anything. LIke I said earlier....they are literally the LA Clippers of the NFL and 'Queens fans live in a dream world. At least the Bears have won stuff in the past. I can at least respect that. At least they are a legitimate franchise. Hell....even the Lions have won NFL championships.

All I care about is trophies....and the Vikings are the only tenured team in the NFL without any kind of Championship. Very similar to the Clippers. You are giving the Vikes too much credit as a franchise.

I was afraid of that, just hoping some of the O-linemen will get better. I wish he hadn't gone to the Vikings, I don't want to see him get smashed. I remember how many times Favre got drilled because of lack of protection from his line. Or maybe the O-line had a lack of respect for Favre? Just a thought. I can only hope it will be better for McNabb as I don't want to see one of my favorites play out his days on the bench. He deserves better than that.

The point is, they make it or almost make it and still lose, giving them zero championships, but they are black eyed from losing 4 super bowls and 5 nfc championships since then. I would call them the Magic of the NFL. Orlando has been to the Finals 3 times I think, and never came close to winning.

100% Agree. Vikings fans can be the most annoying of all NFL fans. They ran it in the ground with excuses and how they got "screwed by the refs" against the Saints in '09 that Goodell even made that new stupid playoff Overtime 2 possession rule just cause "they got screwed so bad" even though I think what screwed them in that game was turning the ball over 6 times.

Bears fans didn't really say they got screwed in the NFCC. They blamed Cutler, which was the smartest thing to do, cause a back up completed more passes than him.

As for the Lions, I actually have some sympathy for those guys that still root for them even after 0-16. They are real fans, and that team has to appreciate that from the fanbase.
