Your optimism is to be admired, in the face of a dismal, disheartening, bleak, and colorless reality.

Ah.... the sweet smell of a Packer loss in the morning. Tis great.
And the unbridled rancor of a Packer Fan facing an abysmal season is truly a thing of beauty.

Yes an abysmal season may be ahead, I'm just glad it hasn't been an abysmal existence like the vikings. With such a proud heritage and storied franchise to stand behind as you root for them week in and week out, or as long as they are winning anyway.

We may be putting the cart before the horse since the Vikings haven't yet played, you may want to check back in Monday night after the game and see if your tune changes.

In the hearts of their fans who have been spoiled at qb for 15 years and aren't yet ready to face the reality of more losing seasons to come. It was a good run but it's over, time to live in the now.

maybe Gb shoulda hid the fact that the oline sucked by benching them early, kinda like the lions did with their QB.

    oh yeah... sure.
Maybe the lions didn't play their first stringers because three of them are on the PUP and will return this week?

Remember games are played for four quarters not half of one. At least the Lions and Bears scored a few tds though which is more than I can say for 4-12 and Co..

Preseason doesn't mean $hit, but GBs O-line is screwed. :D

Viqueens are favored to win tomorrow night, and of course as usual if they follow tradition, they will have their first sting in throughout the whole game and put their rookies in for the last few minutes. Just so they can brag that they have won all their pre season games. Oh yes, Packer fans, the MN papers are saying that the queens are going to the SB this year. I guess they are going every year, but they don't seem to get there. Do they miss the bus, the train, or the plane.

Which paper says the Vikes are going to the SB? Link please?

Everything I've read says nobody has any clue what the Vikes will do this year.

    good luck to your team.

    Vikes Rule.

Your smack posts are a little weak. Be original or be gone. It is amazing... how the fans of an NFL team seem to smack with the same success as the team they are part of.

    Vikes....

Do you realize the law of averages?

You see Vikes.... The parents of one out of every 28 babies receive the frightening news that their baby has a birth defect.

A birth defect is of course an abnormality of structure, function or metabolism (body chemistry) present at birth that results in physical or mental disability, or is fatal. Several thousand different birth defects have been identified.

    Read carefully Vikes Rule.

There are 32 teams in the N.F.L. 32 franshises have been born. What that means is the law of averages says there had to be one birth defect.

    It was the Vikings.

    Sad, but true.

They remain the one franchise that can park in the handicap spot at the N.F.L. meetings every year.

I have a handicapped neice. I love her to death, and she is a remarkable young girl. So I personally can understand the love you have for your team.

    Good luck this year.

    Raider Pride.
