yes, How sweep it is. When GB is playing in January and your players are watching on their couches, much like you will be, just remember...you swept the Packers.

It's good to have goals, even if they are mediocre.

I hope you guys draw Minnesota for the first game. It will be embarassing at home, considering how bad you guys play in the cold...and imagine against a real RB? Ouch!

Hey, whatever helps you sleep at night. I'm sure Lovie sees this season as a success. The Bears may not have made the playoffs, but at least they beat the Packers... Good luck next year though; maybe, if you're lucky, you can reach that eight win plateau.

Well i'm glad we lost. Otherwise all our Bearfan buddies who otherwise had gone fairweather fan Viking style would still be gone like they've been all year. Now we can have fun with them again. Cheers BP

Favre's LAST performance as Soldier Field was a thing of BEAUTY too! Nice TD pass to Urlacher!

Everyone has a few bad games, not like the Bears they have tons of bad games. Just wasnt our day to play our best, but at least we are in the playoffs, and the Bears go into hibernation.

I was happy for Urlacher too, that he actually let people see he was playing this year when many started wondering if he was the most overated LB in the leageu

I'm sure he injured his back some more on that play. You see how slow he was? Have a nice year or two, Brian, because your career is over.

Who cares who our QB is? Apparently we can beat the Pack with Brian Griese, Kyle Orton, Stephen Hawking at QB.

Except you can't beat any other teams with those quarterbacks.

Exactly the breakdown was at the lines. We didn't play physical at all. The Bears were missing four starters on defense as well so no excuses. McCarthy just got interviewed by the Packer Radio network and repeated the phrase of not executing. It really was a physical breakdown we saw here today. The Packers got beaten and it is always important to remember to keep the any given Sunday mentality in this league. The playoffs are elimination rounds of course so we have to be concerned with losing in all phases today.

good job finally moving the thread, mods. Better late than never, I guess.

Bears suck. they have no Qb, no Wrs, no Legit Rb, an aging defense, and a STUPID head coach.

We do have to eat a little crow for awhile because they did sweep us this year. It sucked because we had a ton riding on this game and couldn't come out and match the Bears intensity. Oh, well. Good luck to Chicago in their last game of the season...enjoy the off-season of wondering why you made the SB one year only to completely choke your chicken, I mean, season and miss out this year.

    Guys,

Let the cubbies have their fun, they will be gone in a little while, then we can start concentrating on making a run in the playoffs. A late season but whoopin isn't all bad, we can now start a 4 game win streak to the superbowl.
There were lessons to be learned today, don't forget The packers are very young, I am sure the coaches will take this next week to point out that The team still has a lot of learning to do.

Enjoy the fact that we are 12-3 and have that 1st rnd bye, we still just need to take care of our own business and see how everything plays out. I have a feeling The Packers are now home until they have to go to the SB!!!

Congrats to The cubbies, they outplayed us today, much like we outplayed them at the end of last year, but Packer fans this game is over, forget about it, time to concentrate on the coming weeks.

To be honest with you, I think you're right. This team could very well be a fraud. They played like little girls today. They were cold, they didn't want to play, they dropped balls. Brett looked like he was too cold to play today. If we play like we played today we can even get beat by the Bears. That says it all.
