Well today winter has finally arrived in southern Wisconsin and it took all the way until Jan 14. We now have around 2 inches. We are expected to get 4-6 inches by monday night.

Wow not nearly as much as you guys up here in Toronto, I'd say 2" and even that is really pushing it.

Terrible conditions though, with all the ice rain + snow that has happened right after each other. By the looks of things, there will be more of the same tomorrow... :|

Woke up, saw the terrible road conditions and decided to stay home.... now if you excuse me, I'm gonna go back to bed and catch a few more hours of sleep. :D

We seen some snow here in Southern California, on my way to work it was snowing, blowing, hailing, and sleeting, we have set some records here. NIghts getting down into the 30's...Plus Santa Anna winds too...on those days WI was warmer then us.

Up here in Michigans beautiful Upper Peninsula we got about 15" overnight that no one predicted. Most of the schools in my area are closed and the snow continues to come down.
The bright side of this is that it is good for our economy since up to now all the snowmobilers and skiers have been staying away because we had hardly any snow.

Cold, Cold is all I can say. We were having a rare warmer than average winter then all of a sudden we seem to be sitting in the - 30 C range ( someone told me we hit - 48 C with the wind chill a couple of days ago ). Forcast seems to be getting better though ( Only about - 25 C right now ).

    Common Summer Time !!!

You couldn't find the image you were looking for so you made a quality 'lead by example' post from a staff member, however, I have found the image you meant to use. You are welcome, ma'am.

You should really purchase this item as you can continue to eat rats and play with ants without getting anything on you.

So does that mean I also get diaper changes, regular feedings, and get to sleep about 20 hours a day?

I don't really see a down side here....

The snow was great. It's the first time I got to use 4x4 in my new (to me its new) truck. Helluva lot fun. Sure was better driving a four wheel drive truck instead of my old 96 saturn lol

I'm hoping for the 4 - 6 inchs of snow. If we get it, I get to pick up a hot chick I work with and give her a ride, not the ride I'd like to though :)

had to get the thread back on topic since the mod wasn't going to make a valid effort

Wow it sure has been cold. We had 3 nights in a row with frost.

5 days so far this year with the overnight low below 32. Once it hit 26!!

Every day this week it has only warmed to between 55-60 in the afternoon. The trees at least are budding and it should not be lon until the leaves return.
