Now that the Packers are out, *sniff* :( , we have to route for somebody. So who are you rooting for and why?

I'm routing for the Pats. Two reasons...
    1. I just can't bring myself to route for the team that beat us.
    2. I live in Jersey and I'm getting tired of all the gloating Giants fans.

I say Giants. Not only would it make me feel better that we lost to a team that brought down the mightly Patriots, but then we wouldn't have to hear comparisons to "the greatest team EVER" for the rest of our lives.

No way I want the Patriots to win. The media kisses their asses enough as it is.

There should be a third option............"I really don't care". After the Packers are done, i really DON'T care. I don't even know if i'll watch the game.

I third the motion.. I can say this is the least craved Superbowl in many years.. I really don't have much ambition to watch it.. even though it is the last "real" NFL action for about 7 months.. Pro Bowl counts not. ;)

The Pats just killed any interest in this Superbowl for me.. at least if the Packers were there I would have been interested.

    Thanks Billy the Cheat!

I'll watch, but I won't be rooting for anyone. It'll be nice to watch a game just to watch a football game. It's going to be disappointing, no matter who wins.

Exactly, but if I had to choose and "If" I actually watch I'd root for the Giants. The NFC needs a lombardi and I'm am just disgusted by the Patriots and their bandwagon fan organization known as(N.E.M.B.L.A.) New England Man Brady Love Association.

    BTW, Eli's a bitch!

I am really not going to be rooting for either, I just want NE to get the perfect season over so next year and on we don't have to listen to the "can team X go undefeated", starting in week six of the season until they eventually lose. That has been going on for enough years now.

Maybe more sports reporters will have to actually do their job and not just rehashing the same junk when they want to take a break.

Let the Pats win so they can get their undefeated season and get it out of their system.

    I'm cheering for the refs.
hehe, I'm cheering for the Giants. After all, anyteam is better than the ugly, flesh-monger, shapeless, incestuous, murderous, horseback-breaker Pats.

    Shakespeare insults FTW!!!

Giants. David vs Goliath type of thing.

I am interested in this game because:

    1. Will Pats be perfect
    2. Will Eli match his bro.
    3. Huge underdog.
    4. Tom Petty
    5. Commercials
    6. NFC needs a win.

There are a lot of reasons to like this game.
